Cancellation Policy

At Floresco Naturopathy, we are committed to providing high-quality care and personalized attention to each of our clients. To help us maintain this level of service, we kindly ask that you respect our cancellation policy. We understand that unexpected situations can arise. If you are unwell or experiencing an emergency, please reach out — we’re always happy to assist where we can.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a $50 cancellation fee.

• No-shows (missed appointments without notice) will be charged the full session fee.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you within the remaining time. However, your session may be shortened, and the full session fee will still apply.

If you booked online, you may also manage your appointment through your confirmation email.
