Cancellation Policy

At Floresco Naturopathy, appointments are reserved exclusively for you. To maintain availability and continuity of care, the following policy applies:

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Changes made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a $50 late cancellation fee.

Missed appointments without notice will be charged the full consultation fee.

If you are unwell or experiencing an emergency, please notify the clinic as soon as possible. Exceptions may be considered at practitioner discretion.

Late Arrivals

Arriving late may reduce your consultation time, and the full consultation fee still applies.
