Cancellation Policy

At Floresco Naturopathy, we are committed to providing high-quality care and personalized attention to each of our clients. To help us maintain this level of service, we kindly ask that you respect our cancellation policy. We understand that unexpected situations can arise. If you are unwell or experiencing an emergency, please reach out — we’re always happy to assist where we can.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur 100% of the consultation fee, which will be charged or retained.

  • No-shows (missed appointments without notice) will be charged the full session fee.

Prepaid appointment terms

Initial consultations are prepaid at the time of booking to reserve the appointment.

If you cancel or reschedule more than 24 hours before your appointment, your payment will be transferred to a new appointment time.

If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, the prepaid consultation fee will be retained and cannot be refunded.

If you do not attend your appointment, the prepaid consultation fee will be retained.

If you cancel more than 24 hours in advance and do not wish to reschedule, a refund of the prepaid consultation fee can be issued upon request, minus any payment processing fees charged by the payment provider.

If the practitioner needs to reschedule the appointment for any reason, your payment will be transferred to the new booking or refunded in full.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you within the remaining time. However, your consultation may be shortened, and the full consultation fee will still apply.
