The Naturopathic Philosophy:

The Naturopathic Philosophy

Naturopathy is guided by one core principle: your body has an innate ability to heal when given the right support. As a women's health naturopath, my focus is never just on the symptom in front of me — it's on the whole person, and the root cause driving that symptom.

Using gentle, evidence-informed therapies, I work to identify what's underneath — whether that's a hormonal imbalance, a gut issue, a nutrient deficiency, or the cumulative weight of chronic stress — and build a plan that supports your return to balance and long-term vitality.

Prevention matters too. My goal is to give you the knowledge and tools to understand your own body, not just manage it. And where needed, I work collaboratively alongside your GP and other healthcare providers to make sure your care is truly comprehensive.

My Clinical Focus

I work with women navigating complex, connected health concerns — from hormone changes and gut symptoms to fatigue, skin conditions, burnout, and everything in between. As a root-cause naturopath, I don't look at your symptoms in isolation. I look at the full picture first, then recommend a path forward.

Functional Testing

I often recommend functional testing to gain a clearer understanding of what may be happening beneath the surface. This is considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on individual needs

Functional tests help identify imbalances and deficiencies, with a focus on how well the body’s systems are functioning, rather than diagnosing disease. These tests provide insights into areas such as gut microbiome health, hormonal fluctuations, nutrient levels, inflammation markers, and detoxification pathways. Please note that these tests incur an additional cost.

Commonly used tests include:
